What documents should I provide for DTV application if I have a remote job in India?

Hi I need some advice as I am applying for DTV. For employment, what documents will be sufficiently good to upload? I have a remote job and work from India right now. I do not want my employer to know right now that I am planning to shift to Thailand. Will the contract with the employer work?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the DTV visa while working remotely, you should provide certain key documents. A contract with your employer is a good start, but it may not be sufficient on its own. It is crucial to obtain a formal statement or letter from your employer that explicitly permits you to work remotely from Thailand. This letter should also clarify that you will not engage with Thai clients or entities during your stay.

Your employer has to produce a formal letter where he/she states that you can work from remote and you're allowed to work from Thailand

I gave them a statement letter from the company that says I'm allowed to work remotely. Along with the contracts of course. Not sure if the contract on its own is sufficient.

You are going to need a document from your employer giving you permission to work remotely from Thailand. It should also state that you won't have any interaction with Thai entities or clients inside Thailand
