TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your tourist visa in Thailand for an additional 30 days, you will need to gather several supporting documents. These include: proof of your address in Thailand, a signed copy of your passport data page, a signed copy of your entry stamp, a signed copy of your visa, a signed copy of your TM6 departure card (if issued), and a completed TM7 form (available at the immigration office). Additionally, you will need a passport photo and 1,900 baht for the extension fee. Some immigration offices may also require a TM30 form, which should be filed by your hotel or landlord.
Copy of your visa - either the sticker in your passport or pdf evisa. (Signed by you)
Copy of TM6 departure card (signed by you) *if you were issued one
Fill out form TM7 (available at the office)
Passport photo (most offices have facilities on site or nearby)
1,900 baht
Some offices may ask for a TM30, which your hotel or landlord should have filed on your behalf. A screenshot of their filing it online will suffice as evidence you have one.
