TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, if you do not have utility bills to prove your address for visa applications, you can use other documents. Commonly accepted alternatives include a driver's license showing your address, bank statements, or any official documents bearing your name and address. Some users have shared specific experiences, noting that a drinking license may not be suitable if it does not display your residential address. Overall, any document issued in your name that clearly indicates your address is generally acceptable.

Immigration Residence Certificate, Driving License showing address on the back and i got a printout from my bank (Bangkok Bank) which also showed my address. I'm on the process of getting a Yellow Book (Tabien Baan TR13) and ID Card to make it easier...

As Tom whyte asked what proof of address do you need. If UK, EU and I presume other FATF or equivalent countries normal acceptable documents for proof of address are driving licence, bank statement, utility bills (gas, water, electricity ), telephone bill (for landline only), insurance renewal document (not offer), council tax bill, current rental agreement and if private landlord their ID or any letter from a Government department. These are all document types listed as acceptable in Anti Money laundering legislation. If Thai proof of address I don’t know but Thailand also subscribes to an organisation like FATF so would the document types listed above be acceptable?

Just a few suggestions.

Just did it. Doesn’t have to be a utility bill. Anything to your stated address with your name on it. Driver’s license would be best if your mailing address is on it. My drinking license has a bar’s address on it so I don’t think that would work

Chris Topher Ian Fowler I grew up on Leo, bottle, not breast fed obviously, but as I’ve matured I’m an elephant 🐘 man now. Love the stuff. Working towards my full rather than provisional license now.
