TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the document requirements for the Evidence of Investment section of the Wealthy Pensioners Visa application. Comments provided clarification that applicants may need to show either a minimum yearly income of 80,000 USD or, if their income is lower, a combination of a 40,000 USD income and 250,000 USD in Thai investments. Links to official documents regarding visa requirements were shared for further reference.

I thought that the wealthy pensioner LTR does not require investment in Thailand only the minimum yearly income/pension of 80‘000 US or if you don‘t have this high income then 40‘000 US$+250‘000 US$ in Thai investment
