The community discusses the wealthy pensioner visa in Thailand, also known as the LTR visa. Several users share their successful application experiences, noting that while there is a lot of paperwork involved, the Board of Investment (BOI) is very helpful in guiding applicants through the process. They recommend visiting the BOI LTR website for detailed requirements and suggest contacting them with any questions since their assistance is free, except for the 50,000 THB fee for the visa itself. Joining relevant Facebook groups for real-time advice from other applicants is also encouraged.

What I read here is correct , visit the BOI LTR website, look what you need; if you have questions ask them by phone; they are very helpful and no costs for them; the only costs you have to pay is 50.000thb to immigration for 10 years
My friend just did it and he said it was pretty easy just a lot of paperwork but like Dave said Boi is very helpful. I will apply at 62 if it's still available. There are two LTR groups on Facebook that I would join if I were you as they're full of experts and run by experts
