Thai Spouse Extension - Working in Thailand (CW Immigration)

Please advise and point to latest actual information about this method (Working in Thailand). I never use this extension reason before, but wish to try. I assume there is some papers from company and also last year tax form (91) must be presented.

Which documents?

Salary slips?

Is the tax form must me stamped in Revenue Department or electronic one is enough?

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion is centered around the requirements for obtaining a Thai visa extension for foreigners married to Thai nationals, specifically when applying based on employment in Thailand. Key documents mentioned include a work permit, verification letter from the employer detailing salary (which should not be less than 40,000 baht/month), evidence of income tax payments, and company registration documents. There are also inquiries about the necessity of tax forms being stamped by the Revenue Department or if electronic versions will suffice.

This is the copy from Bangkok Immigration Site. I can't say this is totally accurate, but you can check this as a reference.

-----

5.1 In the case of husband working in Thailand

– Work permit of foreign husband

– Letter from his employer verified employment and salary in details. (monthly salary must not be less than 40,000 baht)

– Evidences of payment of annual income tax with receipt (Por Ngor Dor 1 of latest 3 months and Por Ngor Dor 91 of the past year)

– Certificate of company registration and the list of shareholders of the company (Bor Or Jor 5), the original version (not more than 6 months)

What do you like to do?

Apply for an Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai National and using your Thai income as proof of funds?

If yes, then you need copies of the last three months of tax and SSO payments from you and Thai staff.
