Do we get 30 days upon entry if we come in through land with a visa exempt or less than that? I'm an American. I'll be going to Laos & coming back maybe 4 days later.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, as an American entering Thailand by land with a visa exemption, you will receive a 30-day stay. However, keep in mind that this is limited to two entries per calendar year.

one more question, I know it might be silly but my tourist visa ends on Monday the 10th, I can still fly out on the 10th without a problem right?

Okay so if I got a tourist visa in Laos and came in with that from Vientiane, that doesn't count against our 2 land borders we get since it wasn't a visa exempt?
