LTR Visa question. On my last trip to Thailand I received my 10 year LTR WP visa. It expires in 2028 with my passport expiration.
On my next trip to Thailand will they still stamp my passport on arrival? If so, what should I expect the stamp to say about how long I am allowed to stay? Do I need to point out my LTR visa stamp at immigration? Is it helpful to use fastrack immigration on arrival?
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you travel to Thailand with your 10-year LTR visa, you can expect to receive a passport stamp upon arrival that should align with the expiration of your passport or the LTR visa validity, whichever is earlier. It's crucial to ensure that the immigration officer is aware of your LTR visa to avoid getting an incorrect entry stamp. Using fast track immigration can be beneficial, as agents are generally familiar with LTR visas, but it is still advisable to explicitly point it out and check your stamp before leaving the immigration area. Additionally, if you have a new passport, contacting LTR visa representatives before your trip can help facilitate a smooth entry.

If you use the fast track lane then they are pretty likely to have seen an LTR visa before. I’ve only done it twice but never had a problem. Do point it out and say LTR anyway and check the stamp before you walk away.
Absolutely ensure that the agent sees your LTR visa or they will stamp wrong date.
And don’t walk away from agent until you have verified accurate stamp. If should be 5 years from date of issue OR your passport expiry date. Whichever comes first
