Hi I want to apply for DTV visa via London and wondering what to give for question 4 below,

Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status.

I don’t have a company or employment contract but im am self employed and have HMRC self assessment tax returns so wondering if thats ok.

Appreciate your help.

I applied in the UK. I'm also self employed but I was advised to setup a Ltd company and make myself a director. I wrote a letter to myself giving me permission to work remotely in Thailand.

DTV is a visa, the purpose of your visit/entry scheme is what determines if you qualify or get the visa.
