TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about documentation for a DTV visa application, specifically what to provide in lieu of an employment contract, as they are self-employed with HMRC tax returns. Responses suggest that using HMRC self-assessment tax returns is acceptable, while some advise establishing a limited company to enhance the application.
I applied in the UK. I'm also self employed but I was advised to setup a Ltd company and make myself a director. I wrote a letter to myself giving me permission to work remotely in Thailand.
