Second try. First try was closed before I could note answer provided. Maybe this time Tod could help me please.

I want to buy a Re-Entry permit for my O-A non immigrant visa extension (I'm in my 2nd year)

I will get it at Jomtien Immigration. NOT at Swampy.

Can you please tell me all things I need to do so? I know it is 1000thb. Also days to avoid at Jomtien Immigration.

Headed back to OZ to try and get new O-A before 1 July when supposedly, maybe, new Mandatory Health Insurance is introduced. Hopefully it was just a brain fart and wont be however my age 70 plus means if it is made Law then I'm up shit creek in a barbed wire canoe.

Which means no new O-A visa and I return to LOS until August when my extension expires.

So recommendation please for type of visa to get in a nearby country that would see me through mid October when my condo lease ends.

After which I will head to the Phillippines.

I appreciate greatly how helpful this group has been for me.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
User is seeking guidance on obtaining a Re-Entry permit for their O-A non immigrant visa extension at Jomtien Immigration. They mention the cost of 1000 THB and inquire about the necessary steps and days to avoid when visiting the immigration office. They express concerns about a potential new Mandatory Health Insurance requirement affecting their ability to renew their O-A visa and ask for visa alternatives to use during their stay until their condo lease ends in mid-October.
