Thanks to the help I have previously received from this group. I have nearly all my documents prepared for Non- immigrant Type O-A long stay multiple entries at London.I am a UK citizen I hope to go mid October 2019 to Thailand.

I know I need to send everything first online but is they any value going in person to the embassy for the actual application or is it just the same if you post everything to them ?

thanks for any help

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing to apply for a Non-Immigrant Type O-A long stay multiple entry visa at the Thai Embassy in London and is inquiring whether it is beneficial to submit their application in person or to send it by post. One user suggests that applying by post is more efficient as it requires fewer physical documents than applying in person, for which you need to present originals and later return to pick up the visa.

I suggest it's pointless to go to the Embassy, you would have to take originals of virtually all your previously uploaded documents and then return to collect the visa a couple of days later. Much easier to do it by post as you only need to send passport, bar code, return address and £10 cash, unless they have changed the rules since last week.
