Hi all, I am coming up to the end of my 1 year non-OA retirement e-visa on September 2nd. I have done all my 90 day reportings online. I have also renewed my health insurance for one more year. I live in Jomtien.

Question: Do all I need to do is do a border run to Cambodia and back to get another one year stamp? I will bring my e-Visa, 90 day reporting receipts, and proof of health insurance certificate.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is nearing the end of their one-year non-OA retirement e-visa and is considering a border run to Cambodia to renew it. They have completed their 90-day reporting and renewed their health insurance. Commenters advise bringing the e-Visa PDF and proof of health insurance; the 90-day reporting receipts are deemed unnecessary. It's suggested to use a service for the border run to ensure easy re-entry into Thailand.

You don't need your 90 day report receipts (because no one at passport control cares if you EVER did a 90 day report)

You need the PDF print out of the eVisa, and the print out of the new year health insurance.

As long as you bounce out/back before your current entry stamp (and the current VISA) expire you'll get a new entry stamp valid for the duration of your new insurance (up to a year)

I would say DO NOT try to bounce yourself with a border in Cambodia and instead use a service to take you there and back <- They grease the wheels so people can get out/back in the same day.

Okay, I think I goofed.

Even though I have another year of health insurance, and my passport is stamped for September 2, 2024, my non-oa retirement visa is expired because the "Visa must be used by" date on the e-Visa pdf is August 10, 2024.

Therefore, I can't get stamped in for a second year.

Is this correct?

you are correct (you can't get another year entry stamp)

I beleive you confused the validity of the visa itself (which was a year from the date it was issued) with the validity of the entry stamp you got from the visa when you stamped in (which was valid for as long as your health insurance was up to a year)

You are done. that OA is toast and if you are wanting to get a year extension inside the country you need to have 800K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply AND you need to have the year 100K USD health insurance.

If you can meet the proof of funds, go to your immigration office and get the hand out listing the requirements for the year extension, get those together BY MONDAY <- the day your current stamp expires and go apply for a year extension at the Jomtien office for 1900baht
