What can you tell me about the new visa program available in Thailand?
Even a large reputable RE agent in Pattaya didn't have any experience with this new programme when I enquired yesterday. Do any of you have something to share about it?

The better and more flexible one is the 10m THB investor visa which obviously still exists.
