Hi, I'm planning to stay in Thailand 102 days. I'm both Swedish and Finnish citizen and have both passports. I'm just having a long vacation, back home to work in April-25.
How do I handle the visa situation?
- Can I apply before departure?
- Can I extend the visa at immigration services
- Do I have to leave and reenter Thailand
I have confirmed flght tickets
I have confirmed hotel booking in Hua Hin
Appreciate advise!

TLDR : Answer Summary
For a 102-day stay in Thailand, as a dual Swedish and Finnish citizen, you can enter on a 60-day visa exempt stamp. You can extend this for another 30 days at a local immigration office. However, to remain for over 90 days, you will need to leave Thailand and re-enter for another 60 days of visa exemption. It is essential to have proof of onward travel within 60 days for the visa exemption. Alternatively, you could apply for a longer-term multiple-entry tourist visa or a Non-O-A visa before departure.
