Wanting to do a long trip (tourist ) to Thailand from nov 15 - Feb 15 th 2022 . 

I am a citizen of India . 

Does anyone have an input on this . Thanks in Advance .

Yes. And pay for it.

Duh.

And on 60 day increments deal with Thai Immigration.

As an Indian national you can apply for a tourist visa that would give you 60 days. You cannot extend that.

You may look into getting an Ed visa in country via a language school or such.
