Unsure why my post was not accepted as it breaks no group rules...
Also unsure how your suggestion to try local groups will help as this won't reach as wide an audience.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation focuses on the difficulties surrounding the transition from visa amnesty in Thailand to applying for Non-Immigrant visas. Key points include the requirement of having at least 15 valid days of stay from the stamp received upon entry, especially challenging due to prolonged border closures. The participants highlight a lack of confirmed instances where immigration offices have accepted Non-Immigrant visa applications from individuals on visa amnesty, emphasizing that no established precedent exists.

I was going to message you but then noticed I'd sent you a message back in 2018 you never bothered to read. :/
Other than that one off post by Richard Barrow who took a group of teachers from his school to the Samut Prakan immigration office and got them to accept applications of new Non-B visas from amnesty off of 30 day visa exempt, 60 day tourist visa or previous Non-B entries, there are NO <- (as in not one single confirmed case) of any immigration office accepting applications for Non-Imm visas from anyone on amnesty.

To my knowledge, there is no way to go from amnesty to an extension of stay based on employment. If I remember your post correctly

Seems to be a hot item, Immigration put a link to the answer on their home page,
I copied and highlighted the answer,
You need at least 15 valid days of stay of the stamp you got on entry, and with borders closed this long, nobody has these 15 days,
