I'm married to a Thai. I also have 2 half Thai children (3 and 1 years old). At the moment I'm on extension based on employment. As far as I understand I can meet the conditions for visa based on my family (except I haven't seasoned funds in my bank account). Are the conditions for seasoning funds in my bank account for extension based on raising-children/Thai-wife the same? 400k for 2 months before application + 1 month under consideration. Or are there any differences?
EDIT: My current extension based on employment is expiring on 30th April.

Yes as you stated...the requirements for a one year extension.
Do you have the 400,000 Thbaht now on deposit in a Thai bank in your name only?
If not you could apply for the one time Family visit 60 day extension...thereby giving you an added 60 days to get the $$$ deposited in your name only Thai bank account.
