I'm married to a Thai. I also have 2 half Thai children (3 and 1 years old). At the moment I'm on extension based on employment. As far as I understand I can meet the conditions for visa based on my family (except I haven't seasoned funds in my bank account). Are the conditions for seasoning funds in my bank account for extension based on raising-children/Thai-wife the same? 400k for 2 months before application + 1 month under consideration. Or are there any differences?
EDIT: My current extension based on employment is expiring on 30th April.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether the seasoning funds requirement of 400,000 THB for 2 months applies to visa extensions based on family (Thai wife and children). Comments provide insights into the differences in requirements for family-based extensions, confirming that there may be more flexible options available for those with Thai children.
