Hi All, I’ve been asked for more info on two points:

1. Passport proof of location – They want a full copy of all passport pages (including blanks), with photos showing date/time taken. What’s the best way to prove this? If you’ve done it successfully, please share how.

2. Financial evidence – Requirement: 500,000 THB (e.g., 3 months of bank statements, sponsor letter, or 6 months of salary slips/income highlighted in transactions).

I’m a UK sole trader with no payslips. Should I just highlight transfers from my business to personal account (there are hundreds)? I’ve also had a low-profit 6 months—does that matter?

I have 500k THB in savings, but it was transferred from UK premium bonds (gov-backed, not a bank) less than 3 months ago. Will this be an issue?

Thanks in advance 👍

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on two specific requirements for a Thai visa application: proving their passport's location with a full copy of all pages and providing financial evidence of 500,000 THB. They inquire about acceptable methods for fulfilling these requirements, especially as a UK sole trader without payslips, and ask whether recent transfers from premium bonds would be a problem.

dude, Financial literacy is pretty low among the consulate workers. I think they would like to see it cash only not even equivalents

For the first one, you can get maybe a newspaper or something and take pictures of the passport near the date of it.
