If anyone is interested, I extended last friday my stay for 60days in the Rayong Inmigration Office.
They advised me that there is an extension until end of October, but due my personal situation I preferred to extend until the end of December and forget about it.
In my case I applied because I’m married. They needed the following papers:
- Application form fulfilled (available there)
- Photocopy of passport
- Photocopy ID card of my wife
- Photocopy of marriage certificate.
- And of course 1,900฿
They can speak a little English, but I went with my Thai wife for avoid problems..
The reception desk staff outside the office are very kind and helpful.
The user shared their experience of extending their stay in Thailand by 60 days at the Rayong Immigration Office. They noted that extensions are available until the end of October, but they opted for a longer extension until December due to personal circumstances. The necessary documents included a completed application form, photocopies of their passport, their wife's ID card, the marriage certificate, and a fee of 1,900฿. They suggested going with a Thai partner for easier communication, as English-speaking staff are limited, and praised the helpfulness of the reception staff.
