After getting all the paperwork from the school you will work at, and the rest of the stuff like passport copies, application forms, what lots of people miss is the picture size needed. It is not a standard passport photo size, it is a smaller size. They don't accept regular size passport photos.

Your employer has to provide half of the rainforest for you to submit to an embassy.
