What is the requirements for work permit visa in Thailand if you got sponsored by a company? Do you need like 3-5 years of work exp? Or as long as your hiring role matches with your degree is good? Please advise. Thank you!
Answer summary
To obtain a work permit visa in Thailand with sponsorship from a company, the primary requirements include a relevant school diploma or degree, a resume, and your passport. The hiring company typically handles the majority of the application process. For specific roles, such as teaching, a bachelor's degree in any subject is needed, and the company will apply for the work permit. If the job description indicates that 3 to 5 years of experience is necessary, that requirement must be met for the work permit to be issued.

Your employeur has to furnish all paper...ask him what he need
I guess you're looking to teach in Thailand from the way your question is worded so would be applying for a Non-B visa? If so you need a bachelors degree in any subject and the rest of the information you require gets supplied by the school. The work permit is something the school applies for but you shouldn't work until it's in place
The only thing you need is your school diploma or degree with your transcript, a nice resume made up, your passport. The rest will be the company setting the whole thing up.
