TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about various matters after obtaining a DTV visa for Thailand including the necessity of purchasing a golden entrance, the new arrival card TDAC requirements, opening a Thai bank account, reporting requirements (TM30 and others), and recommendations for insurance. Community members responded with insights confirming that the golden entrance isn't necessary with the proper visa documentation, TDAC must be filled out, and opening a bank account under a DTV can be challenging, though some have managed it through agents. Furthermore, additional reporting obligations every 90 days were emphasized.

Nope, print the PDF they emailed you in the approval email, present it and your passport to the officer when you stamp in

Yep, EVERY foreigner entering thailand is required to file a TDAC online at the website before you stamp in to thailand. You can apply from 3 days before your arrival down until you're standing in the arrival hall (they have kiosks you can use)

This is the website

You should have no problems entering with your new DTV. You need to fill in the TDAC can be done before or on arrival at the airport. Very tough opening a bank account yourself on the DTV.
