Answer summary
The inquiry revolves around confusion regarding Bumrungrad's visa service and their policy on tourist visa extensions. According to responses, Bumrungrad proceeds with visa extensions only for visa exempt entries. It is noted that one can extend a 60-day tourist visa or a 30-day visa exempt entry by visiting the office in person and submitting necessary documents.

STOP believing the website. You can get a 30 day extension on a 60 day tourist visa entry or a 30 day visa exempt entry
You need to GO there and submit your documents and make a booking for showing up on saturday.

Although they use the word visa but actually mean the Visa Exempt entry the e-mail sounds clear. Knowing that in Bangkok you can apply for the Extension of Stay between 45 days and your Admitted to Stay date, you should manage to make some free time as a tourist to do this.

OPAccording to their website they provide it only to patients and their relatives... So I guess they are handling their own rule very flexible, or not the whole staff are upto date, or, or, or....

If that's the case, they sure changed the rules very quickly, considering that
