Hi all,

Is there any trusted ED visa agency to do fast track service, I need a visa for long stay. Right now I am in Bangkok Sukhumvit area with a tourist visa. I need help asap to convert it.

Answer summary

A user in Bangkok seeks recommendations for trusted agencies that can facilitate a fast-tracked conversion of a tourist visa to an educational visa (ED visa). Commenters clarify that while there are agencies that help with pre-checks, fast tracking is not possible. They explain that the user can enroll in a school to obtain documentation, pay the necessary fees, and apply for the ED visa without needing an agent. Several language schools in Bangkok that support ED visa applications are mentioned.

The real question is how long do you have left on your current stamp.

Then you don't need "fast track" or an agent. Get out there go to some schools, enroll, pay the tuition, wait for the MOE paperwork and go to Chaengwattana and apply for the 90 day Non-ED visa for 2000baht

There are a LOT of schools that offer ED visa support if you enroll in so many modules or take so many classes..

ALA, Sandee, DLS, RTL, GEOS, TLS etc they're all bangkok schools get out there and see what's what

My bad. I read DTV instead of ED.

There’s no fast track and you can’t convert it. You have to leave the country and apply at an embassy via the only platform. What agencies offer are pre-checks.

@Christian *********

you are clearly confused.

NO issue at all enrolling in a school, getting the documentation and then going to the immigration office paying the 2000baht and getting the 90 day Non-ED visa issued in country

READ the post the O/P is asking for an ED <- education visa, NOT a DTV

some agents DO offer to convert it from within Thailand. Of course this is not legal, but it's not like it's not happening. I wouldn't do it that way, obviously, if later they find out one might have issues.

you totally can get an ED visa issued inside thailand at the immigration office, as long as you have the correct documents from the school and Ministry of Education AND as long as you have enough time left on either your free stamp 60 day entry or a tourist visa entry. In bangkok you need a minimum of 15 days left on your current stamp because the application for in country Non-ED visa goes under review for 2 weeks before you go back to get it inked in

ahhh there we go, in that case you'd be 100% correct, you cannot get a DTV inside thailand (y)

In fact as you pointed out you cannot even be IN thailand when you apply for a visa thru a thai consulate even though unscrupulous agents "fudge" the application while their clients are in thailand..

Hi! We can help with ED visa applications and the conversion process. If you’re currently in Bangkok on a tourist visa, please send me a DM with your nationality and how many days are left on your current visa. I’ll check the available options and explain the process for you.
