I’m looking into getting an ED visa to study Thai in Bangkok, and I’d really appreciate some advice.
* What are the most reputable Thai language schools in the city that people recommend for the ED visa?
* Any tips or experiences (good or bad) you’ve had with schools, the visa process, or things to look out for?
Thanks a lot for any insights 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks recommendations for reputable Thai language schools in Bangkok that support the ED visa for studying Thai. They are looking for advice on school experiences and the visa process. Comments suggest several schools such as Insight English and Duke Language School, and highlight that attending larger institutions like universities may provide a more secure visa experience.
I know you are in BKK but I graduated from Chiang Mai University with the ED visa and it was the easiest visa I ever had. I think generally the bigger the school (like an actual university) the more secure the visa, at least it feels that way. Not to mention having a bachelor’s or another degree in their language garners respect from Thai people for what that’s worth. And you show them respect by speaking their language well. Anyway, good for you studying Thai!
