TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent visit to Korat for the 90-day reporting revealed that new procedures are in place, requiring either the expat or their landlord to show that a TM.30 form has been filed within 24 hours of moving to a new address. Failure to comply may result in an 800 baht fine.

just to clear up your post a little you went to do a 90 day REPORT at Korat immigrations and you were told that now in order to do one you needed to show that you or your landlord) has filed a TM.30 within 24 hours of you showing up at that address.

usually the fine for failure to file a TM.30 on time is 800baht

thanx for the update though (y)
