What are the legal visa requirements if you intend to work on your own property in Thailand?

For example, I hold a Non Imm O based on marriage and intend to build a wall at my house.

Google

A list of jobs you cannot do in Thailand.

And you will see no labouring job or bricklayeing.

Even if you have a work permit.

If you get caught you face a big fine imprisonment and deportation.
