I am Flying on 28 May From Pak-Bangkok,

I am fully vacinnated (Pfizer Dose) and have Thai pass.

Do i still need PCR Test?

Not for entry into Thailand. You may need to check with your airline that they don’t require it. Probably unlikely.

As mentioned I doubt it’s needed but a transit country en-route may require it. I’m not aware of any that will these days. They generally follow the guidelines from the county you’re entering and if just transiting an airport they don’t require. Best to check though just in case.
