Hi All , i need your help 

do anyone know that if the British man who live and work in thailand and travel to germany when he arrive at germany he need to do quarantine or not ? and when he travel back to thailand . he need to do quarantine or not ?   he is full vaccinated  with 2 sinopharm dose
