TLDR : Answer Summary
The latest information suggests that if you are fully vaccinated, you do not need a PCR test to fly with Emirates from Thailand to the UK. Emirates currently does not require transit passengers to present a COVID-19 test if it's not mandated by their final destination. It is advisable to check Emirates' official website for the most recent updates on travel requirements.
