Since yesterday, Jakarta has become eligible for e-visas. I have a question regarding dependent applications: previously, when it was possible to apply in person, two separate bank accounts (for me and my dependent) with 500k each were not required. What is the situation now with e-visas?

TLDR : Answer Summary
With Jakarta now eligible for e-visas, the requirements for dependent applications have raised questions. Previously, it was acceptable to have one bank account with sufficient funds for dependent applications. However, it is now suggested that each applicant, including dependents, should have an individual account with at least 500,000 baht. It is also important for the primary applicant to have their DTV issued before applying for dependents. As requirements can vary by consulate, it's advisable to confirm directly with the consulate or embassy.
At MOST consulates on the eVisa system, they require 500K for every applicant (one account with 1 million baht works for two people),
AND
they require proof the primary applicant HAS their DTV before applying for the "dependent" one <- meaning you get your DTV issued THEN apply for the dependent one
I would say you need to go to a walk up consulate <- Taipei and apply in person at the same time for both of the visas,
