Hi Robert and all. I have a question I hope you can assist with. I have a non o with retirement extension. If i had 800k on deposit before then my spouse needed only 400k on deposit. With the changes taking place, is this still applicable and if you use the 65k per month transfer, then how much does my spouse need to transfer monthly. Thanks in advance for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the current financial conditions for maintaining a NON-O visa with retirement extension in Thailand. They specifically address previous rules where an 800,000 THB deposit was required for them and a 400,000 THB deposit for their spouse, questioning whether these rules still apply amidst recent changes. Additionally, they seek clarification on the monthly transfer amount needed for their spouse if they opt to use the 65,000 THB monthly transfer method.
