Hello, i will be travelling overseas from Bangkok and then back again in November. I was just wondering if i need to have the International Vaccination Passport” (the yellow book) to travel? Or can i just use the vaccination certificate issued to me by the hospital in Bangkok together with the info in MorPhrom app.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travel requirements depend on your destination country. However, there are no COVID-19 or vaccination requirements for exiting Thailand.

Entry requirements vary depending on the country you're going to. Thailand doesn't have any covid or vaccine requirements to LEAVE the country.

thank you very much. And to get back into Thailand i suppose the certificate issued by the Bangkok Hospital and Morprompt app would be good enough?

Yeah, I don't see why not. I haven't heard of anyone having issues with the embassies not recognizing a vaccine card.
