TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a retirement visa in Thailand, the financial requirement must be met by having 800,000 baht deposited in a Thai bank account in your name for at least 60 days prior to application. Alternatively, you can provide a notarized statement from your consulate confirming a monthly income of 65,000 baht. UK bank statements cannot be used as proof for this requirement.

if you are talking about getting that inside thailand at the immigration office you cannot show bank statements from your country, instead show 800K baht banked in a thai bank account in your name only for 60 days before you apply for it.
OR
You show a notarized statement from your consulate stating you get 65K baht a month in income.
