TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant B visa allows foreigners to stay in Thailand for an initial period of 90 days, with the option to extend depending on employment contract. Travelers can leave Thailand but must acquire a re-entry permit beforehand to avoid their visa term being canceled. Single-entry permits allow one re-entry, while multiple-entry permits allow unlimited entries until the visa or extension expires. This means if you plan to re-enter Thailand multiple times, a multiple-entry permit is more economical. It's crucial to apply for an extension before the initial 90 days expires to avoid complications.

Really you need to be making more than 3 re-entries to Thailand during the validity of your visa to make buying the multiple entry permit worthwhile

Thank you a lot for all the info, i have a lot of doubts, I will throw you some little more questions in case you can help me.
With re entry permit there is a maximum amount of times you can go out thailand or is for "infinite" times?
How much time it takes for give you this permit once you make all the papers?
In the definition of non inmigrant b visa it says they give you at the beggining 90 days and after that you contact the inmigrant office for extend your visa depending on your contract offer. Is like this? In this case can you ask for a re entry permit in these first 90 days?
it depends on which one you purchase. A single entry permit only lets you leave and return one. A multiple is good for unlimited times until the visa or extension ends.
you should be able to purchase during your first 90 days. But you have to be back inside the country and apply for your extension before that 90 days is up or else you'll have to start over applying for a new visa.
extensions are zero entry. Meaning you have to purchase a re-entry permit to be able to leave. Therefore there's no changing from single to multiple. You can decide to purchase a multi-entry permit after you get your extension.

I just made the mistake in ticking the correct box for Multiple entry but accidentally paid for single entry. So be very aware of this. Embassies don't have the time to call and ask if you made a mistake. Which is understandable.
If you want to leave Thailand you would need to purchase a re-entry permit before you leave which prevents your extension from being cancelled when you stamp out of the country.
