Answer summary
You can apply for the Thai Pass using a mobile phone or tablet, and there is no need to upload a tourist visa for the application. Users have reported successful applications with some recommending taking screenshots of PDF files to submit as images. However, some users experienced technical issues, suggesting that trying different web browsers might help overcome these problems.

You can do it on a phone/tablet. Visa is not needed/used for the ThailandPass system.

I’ve seen others have the same issue. The answers they received was to use a different browser or use the incognito or private browsing mode. Activity
