I am looking to book another trip to Thailand for around a seven week stay. However, I was there a few months ago and overstayed by 12 days. I paid the fee at immigration. What's the chances of my Visa being denied? Also, what type of Visa do you apply for for a seven week trip and where do you do this? Coming from the uk 🇬🇧!

If you overstay for 90 days or less, you generally only pay the daily fine at departure with no re-entry ban. If you exceed 90 days, statutory bans apply based on whether you surrender voluntarily or are caught/arrested.
