What are the best ASQ hotel recommendations in Bangkok with good WiFi and food, and how does the COE process work for traveling to Thailand?

Greetings, I’m looking for some recommendations for ASQ hotels in Bangkok. Preferably with better than decent WiFi, good food and choices, a good selection of tv channels. I guess options to rent some form of a exercise bike is pushing it a bit. Budget hopefully around 40k would be great. 
Quick question if that’s ok:-
Planning to travel 1st week in November, was thinking 4 weeks before travelling will be about the right time to apply for coe ??
Once coe issued, how long have you got to get to Bangkok before it expires ?

With regards to the COE it doesn't expire. The COE is for an arrival in Thailand on a particular date and time arriving on a specific flight. If you don't arrive on that flight you will need a new COE.

COE only takes hours! At the worst it would be a couple of days! Definitely take the Sandbox option, much cheaper and your free to leave the hotel!

Three sukhumvit hotel is around 35k or less, good WiFi, clean, good food and English speaking workers who are very helpful

The COE is issued based upon your flight and that flight only so there is no length of validity as such.

But hold off booking anything until October 1st to see what all the new regulations are about.

Ive been staying at the Centara Watergate Pavillion for the past 2 weeks. No complaints, the food and staff are great as well

The package we have allows us to choose our meals from a menu rather than just eat what is provided. We can also get grab etc delivered to the room.
