My friend is now at the Courtyard by Marriott - near Lumphine Park... says theis staff are super - now get 1 hour per day out of his room - allowed to go the the pool/garden level (6th floor I think). 55,000 Baht - got a 3000 Baht ($100) discount - to 52,000 for membership in the marriot Hotel Club.
My wife checked out from the Maple Hotel Dec 27. She was very happy with her room King size bed balcony and nice bathroom with shower and tub. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Only complaint was the menu. But the staff did their best to reheat the food. Only. 33,000 BHT

Courtyard by Marriott! Great service, great food options and choices and big corner room if you opt for one! Nice recreation area by pool on 2 levels and even had a putter and little putting cup for use! Plus Bonvoy points and I also got a free night in the future at resort on Koh Samui!

I was in hotel Quarantine in Bangkok between 15 Dec and 30 dec, at The Kinn, and it was 39,000 baht for the 15 days, and 3000 baht deposit. Yep, it was a s good as you would need. That was for the junior suit I think....

baht. Deluxe suite. Food is good. All have balconies, can go to the roof to exercise after 1st test. I think the rules are changing now for high risk countries like UK, you must stay in your room for longer.

The Lohas Residences, food wasn’t great when I stayed but they’ve upped their game since I left.

I stayed at the DoubleTree Sukhumvit
I thought it was a very good mid-priced alternative
just under 80,000 baht for a two room suite
the second room made a big difference to me - maybe not important for some - really depends on your budget
food was good
showers are great
hotel is nice
this is based on staying 23 Oct-7 Nov
things can and do change everywhere - suggest you look for very recent impressions of whatever interest you

It bloody well should be good for 38,000 baht! Did that include all meals?
38,000B ? You do realize that every hotel has to pay between 12-24K baht to a hospital they make arrangements with for the testing and medical staff required on site. So that leaves 24K max for the 15 nights. You do the math.
