TLDR : Answer Summary
This post seeks recommendations for Affordable Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) hotels in Bangkok or Pattaya under 39,000 THB. Various options are discussed, including Solitaire Bangkok and Bella Villa Metro Pattaya, with additional suggestions provided for contacting hotels directly for packages that include meals and amenities. The conversation also touches on the necessity for quarantine requirements based on vaccination status and current regulations in Thailand.

Wait tell the end of the month. Things in Thailand is changing. If your vaccinated and coming from low risk country you might not need to do but 1 day. Nothing is for sure yet.
If you booked make sure you can get a refund as you might not needed.

Iām staying at the Bella Villa Metro (Pattaya). 30k with a large Seafront terrace. Big suite with a full kitchen. Crazy amounts of food. Lots of good feed back.

The 14 days is 40k. Worth it because if the big ocean terrace.
it depends on each person.. with agents u are able to talk if there is problem etc n it can be solved quickly instead waiting for the system to get back. So its individual choice - travel agent / directly with hotel or online system.
with agoda and booking and other companies you can talk to somebody if there is a problem, donāt pay agent fees and do it yourself online, itās a hotel room not a visa or mortgage application
I think Solitaire in Bangkok is 20,000 for the 7 days for a standard room, bigger rooms with balconies would take up your budget.. Fraser Suites would be around your budget, huge rooms big balconies
