I'm not trying to be funny , it's true , it's seen over and over again in Thailand how aussies are , if you don't like it fine ,,, but it's from real observations---- if you don't like it ignore me --- but your responses of abuse prove you know what I'm saying is right--- don't reply back

You're right, I'm not perfect. I'll take this as an opportunity to reflect on my actions and make sure I'm living up to your values."

Can you be more specific about what you're referring to? I want to make sure I understand your concerns.🤣

If using an agent to by-pass the 800k financial requirements, keep in mind that the agent will deposit 800k into your bank account, which will mysteriously disappear after your visa is issued. In light of the small changes to tax collection and CRS, you may be asked where this money came from and where it went. If the tax office deems it as income, you may be slugged up to

baht in tax. Just something to keep in mind

This is a domestic transfer.

Do you pay tax for domestic transfer to your Thai bank?

Isn't the account balance at the end of the year relevant?

I'm just saying you will most probably be asked to explain where it came from and where it went. Any transactions over 50k are reportable. I guess if you just say "it's a fake payment to get a dodgy visa extension" you'll be right! 😆
