TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users shared recommendations for reputable visa companies in Bangkok and Pattaya to extend visas. Notable mentions include MESUB Travel in Bangkok, known for friendly service, and Key Visa in Pattaya, which received positive feedback. The Thai Visa Centre was emphasized for good service but caution around high fees was noted. Some discuss the advantages and cost-effectiveness of doing visa extensions themselves, especially for the 60-day Covid extensions available at immigration for 1900 baht. The conversation highlights the importance of knowing the type of visa when seeking assistance and mentions various agents, including Aungsu Law and Business Consultant, as well as personal experiences with their services.

I use the people next to immigration. I think they're expensive but I have had good experiences. I also have used First Class Visa - soi 6, victoria bar. They've gotten the job done but I think limited in the services they provide (This is Pattaya bay the way)

Here's a good one! ONLY 9800 baht for a service you can do yourself for 1900 baht! The funny thing is, there are foreigners out there, walking amongst us, who would be stupid enough to pay! 🤣

Arjun Randwa. I've covered that elsewhere in this thread. The 60-day covid extension. Available at any immigration office for 1900 baht, or through an agent 9800 baht. 🤣🤣🤣

Carlo Ruggiero. Get a LEGAL 60-day covid extension for 1900 baht. Do not use an agent. When you're paying 45,000 baht it means an immigration officer is being bribed. 1900 baht for 60 days is

baht per year, and it's LEGAL.

how do you get the year visa if you arrive on a waiver ?

Arjun Randwa. It's not a year visa. You get a new extension every 60 days for as long as immigration issues them.

I'm a little confused with the 'as long as immigration issue them'. Under what circumstance will they not issue them ?

Arjun Randwa. It's a temporary measure. Nobody knows for sure how long it will continue, but it all probability it will be until quarantine measures are finished.

Extend it yourself at immigration. 1900 baht for 30 days. Why do you want to pay an agent tens of thousands?
