TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks recommendations for a one-night hotel package in Bangkok as part of the Test & Go process, as well as travel insurance options. Various comments suggest specific hotels such as Lamphu House Bangkok, Solitaire Bangkok Hotel, and Grande Center Point, along with a link to AXA insurance.

I am looking forward for the Arun Riva Bangkok!

It's facing the river and from the balcony we can see a monument. We expect to be able to drink some wine in the balcony, looking at the boats and the main monument on the other side of the river (diagonal) ๐Ÿคฉ

There is a more expensive hotel facing the monument and the river, but I am ok with this angle and loved the price!

I know next day I can walk to the main monuments too, as traffic there seems chaotic.

They have been very efficient on emails so far!

Bangkok is point of entry so first night and PCR etc will be there. We will then travel looking for potential long term options
