TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking options for renewing their visa as their current visa is set to expire soon after a recent visa run to Myanmar. Comments suggest visiting a local immigration office to apply for a 30-day Extension of Stay based on tourist status.

if you just went to the border with Myanmar as it seems, because you only have 30 days, you can visit your local Immigration office and apply for a 30 day Extension of Stay

In that case find a visa that you like to apply for and the visa that you can meet the requirements for. As there are multiple different types of visa and reasons to get a visa, it is on you to find the one that fits you.

n in case I would like to apply for a longer visa?

What kind of options there are

I have no problem to fly to Vietnam, the question is, if they would let me come back...

You have a visa right now? Thailand does not have any 30 day visas. Do you currently have a visa exempt?

If you have a 30 day visa exempt, then go to your local immigration office and apply for an extension of stay based on being a tourist for 1,900 THB, this will give you an additioanl 30 days.
