Hi all,

Thank you Tod and James for all the information here.

My METV will expire 16 January 2024 and i will do border run this 22th December.

So is the next stamp will be 2 months meaning will be before the last day of visa expiration which is 16 Jan.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on managing their Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) set to expire on 16 January 2024, with a border run planned for 22 December 2023. Responses suggest that the user should do a 30-day extension leading up to January and then exit and re-enter Thailand before the visa expiration for a new 60-day stamp, which can also be extended.

Do a 30 day extension next to take you to January then exit and re-enter before 16-Jan to get your final 60 day entry stamp which can also be extended for 30 days.

Yes, You must enter before 23:59 on 16 January to get the last 60 days stamp.

(every time you enter ON or before 16 January 2024 (as on the METV sticker/ePDF), you will be stamped for a whole new 60 days 59 nights.)
