Pick SHA extra plus hotels from booking sites and make reservations directly through the hotel. Most online reservation services don't have the one airport pickup and two PCR package. This also assures you to get approved quicker bcz it is now the hotel staff who approves the initial documents. And buy insurance from a company in Thailand. They may reject you if buy from abroad since insurance companies abroad may not pay you if you get hospitalized by the hotel without a symptom.

but one hotel in thai they said give us your insurance and ticket we can give you PCR go and test services then you can apply for thai pass after approval you can travel
