How can I obtain a suitable insurance letter for the Thai Pass application?

I hv travel insurance from a Canadian company for $10M cdn. Johnson Insurance for the last 7 years as we travel alot. However all they will provide me with is a genetic letter that doesn’t state the value, if covid is cover etc. In addition they provided me with a 44 page PDF booklet that says If you purchased the 40 day plan then you are covered for…. If you purchased the 60 day plan … etc. This is Bull crap.

I will be writing a letter today to the adjusters demanding a 1 page letter or I will cancell all 3 of my family insurance policies.

Does anyone have an insurance letter (hide personal data) that has been accepted for a “Thai Pass”
