Applied non immigrant O visa for my father, Thai embassy requested additional docs; Son’s approval letter from minister of labor required. I have already uploaded my work permit, valid visa and other company supported docs. Can anyone suggest what exactly is required? Meanwhile, I m waiting for embassy response on my mail. Thanks.

it might be slightly easier for your Father to make Entry into Thailand NOW while India Passports are still Free Visa Exemption Entry Stamp ( ผ.60–ม.17 ) and then Apply for an in–country Non–O Visa based on Trailing Parent at your local Thai Immigration Office inside Thailand

Dca Dca yeah thanks, Applied non-immigrant O already at New Delhi for my father, asked documents which has been shared. However, flight is booked in 3 days. Is it fine to travel and get the on arrival tourist visa first, meanwhile if non immigrant O approves than he can continue stay for longer duration?

Okay thanks, I checked with my company and they mentioned that there is no such letter, although they are checking more. Do we have any sample or template?
