What do I need to know about submitting documents for a Non-Immigrant O visa to visit my Thai wife?
I am applying for my third time for a non immigrant O with the intention of visiting my Thai wife. But this time the documents need to be in a different format. Specifically they want three months bank statements as PDF or J peg. But with a limited size of 3 mb or less. My file is much larger and not accepted. Previously photos were ok. There is also a sponsors letter, and my wife’s ID. The field only takes one but asks for both. Any help appreciated

OPJust another heads up. They ask for the invitation letter + wife’s ID. But it’s only possible to load one of the two. What they actually mean is invitation letter with the ID copied onto the letter.

I think it is primitive to have 3MB limit but yes merge and compress the files

or print and then take a photo or arrive without a visa and convert at local immigration..(apparently this option is not available at C.M.)

You need to find a pdf utility programme, one that can both combine PDFs and shrink them in size. ILovePDF is a popular one

my wife took a photo of her invitation letter with her Thai card on the same photo. I love PDFs website will merge your pdf docs into one small document

If the pdf is over the limit after combining the statements, use one of the free online tools to reduce the pdf size.
