Hello everyone, question on METV application.

I have submitted my application with all required docs. The Thai embassy of Rome came back asking for further docs:

Travel booking confirmation: - Inbound and outbound tickets for at least two trips to Thailand (first departure from Italy)

I had already provided as follow:

1. Inbound Ticket Italy -Thailand

2. Outbound Ticket Thailand Vietnam within 60 days

3. Inbound Ticket vietnam-thailand 

4 outbound ticket Thailand - Italy

They came back again with the same request.

Does anyone knows what is wrong and what are they exactly asking here?

Just resubmit showing all your tickets and outline for them what they're looking at with a brief cover note, combine everything into one document. Make sure that overall file size is under three megabytes

It sounds like they're asking you to clearly demonstrate two complete trips into and out of Thailand. The flights you've listed should normally satisfy that requirement (Italy → Thailand → Vietnam, then Vietnam → Thailand → Italy). My guess is the officer either couldn't see the itinerary clearly or wants all four tickets combined with a short travel plan showing Entry 1, Exit 1, Entry 2, and Exit 2. I'd resubmit the tickets in one PDF and add a simple itinerary explaining the two Thailand entries.
